Can you pulldown a player who is already considering another school?

if you're referring to that player considering a higher division, I've seen others say they've done it. I've never tried, though.

If you're referring to a pulldown that is being considered by someone in your division, the answer is also yes and that would be easier but make sure you calculate their funds, the distances, prestige and if they are a more experienced coach to weigh whether you want to get in a battle.

Yes, you can though it could be expensive.  There have been many times where I've pulled down a low end D1 player who was considering a D1 Sim team at the time.
