I'm curious for recruiting, which weighs higher for obtaining a recruit: 1 campus visit or 2 home visits? If there is any combination that anyone has seen to work well please provide any input. For example, is it better to do 2 campus visits, or 4 home visits? Is it better when one is sending out 10 home visits, to send all 10 at once, or do 5 home visits and 5 home visits (during the same cycle ofcourse)?

There is some debate, but I think its generally accepted that a campus visit is worth between 2.2-2.5 home visits.  The action you should use varies based on cost-efficiency, which depends on the recruits distance.  In general, its only cost efficient to use campus visits for recruits that are further away (>360 or so miles).
