Am sure someone has mentioned this before, but...
The way the SIMs appear to allocate practice time is screwed up.
I very often see Freshmen and Sophmores with A or A+ IQ in their offenses and defenses. They almost always have plenty of development room, as indicated by the fact their ratings are increasing.
We've had some discussion of the relative importance of ratings vs IQ, but it seems to me that the allocation implied by the above is definitely inefficient.
Would be cool if the SIM engine did some randomization of time allocations (within sensible limits). The idea would be to mimic the effect of human coaches, who obviously have their own, differing ideas about time allocation.
