This is a GOOD team, we determine the draft order at the end of the season, right now (130 games) the Cubs would be drafting 19th out of 20...This franchise has traded away their 1st round pick (Petrocelli deal).
We also draft 4 AAA major league players, it is not mandatory and the previous owner did not do this, but you can...
We also plan to expand to 24 teams/8 in post season in 1977.
