IBA producing less recruits in California? Topic

IBA recruiting just began and it seemed like the FSS was a lot cheaper than normal so I look and it has 183 recruits.

Wooden - 253
Allen - 209
Crum - 236
Tark - 273
Knight - 247
Phelan - 238

How can they be so much lower? Is this an error they should fix? I don't want to be one of those people who whines about recruit generation... I will sign players elsewhere if I have to, I am just curious why it is so low.

it's partially based on open scholarships in the states. at a quick glance. the pac 10 and californian d2 and d3 conferences have very few
