Quick question on ineligible players that I couldn't find an answer to via forum search.
Say I have three openings and sign three players, one of which is ineligible. If the ineligible player decides to go juco and doesn't show up on campus, do I still get credit for filling all my openings and carry over 25% of my recruiting money to next season? I'm assuming the answer is yes but I figured I'd throw it out there. Thanks in advance.
