How can you tell in the game recap if one of your players was doubleteamed? 

[Player name] shoots over the doubleteam but comes up short on the 3pt shot from the right wing.

[Player name] shoots over the doubleteam but comes up short on the shot from the right side but the foul's on some guy - foul #1 on some guy, team foul #3

[Player name] is doubleteamed and throws a bad pass out of bounds

[Player name] works out of a doubleteam and scores on a 3 from straight away

Etc.

In your first half PBP,  use Control+F and search for 'doubleteam'.  It will tell you how many times the word is used in the first half.  You can then 'arrow down' and see each of them.  
 Repeat for the 2nd half.
