I would start Masters. If you are playing a motion offense then you don't want a person who can't distribute the ball. Murphy will cause a lot of turnovers. Most coaches value ATH and DEF more than I do, but 50 defense is passable for D3, but 33 passing is not passable for a D3 PG.

Murphy is not a PG imo.  Anything under 60 Passing (for D3) at point makes me uncomfortable, in any offense.

Without looking at the rest of the team, Masters at PG and Murphy at SG seems like a nice starting guard combo.

I'd probably start Masters and Murphy, with Mattingly as the top backup at both spots.  I'd play slowdown a lot more often too, considering you have 2 walkons and a very thin guard rotation.
