For some reason on my CSU Eastbay team I got an e-mail from a kid who wants to transfer to my team. Normally these don't catch my attention but this kid is considering me and I have not even called him.

Why does this happen? This can hurt during recruiting when it looks like you have more players considering you than you actually are targeting.

The only thing I can think of is maybe you recruited him when he was originally signed and now that is still giving you some kind of partial credit?? I don't know but sounds weird

sometimes those awful players who live 'just around the corner from your school' will show up on the considering list

I submitted a ticket for the same thing last month after the fact, and they said to submit again while it is happening, if it happens again. If yours is still active, I'd suggest submitting a ticket. You can reference my previous ticket, # 122987 (Rupp, userid bobmeyer)
