Recruiting: Close/Far preference. How far do you have to be away from a recruit for him to consider you far away? (I have a target who is 370 miles away.)

It actually starts once you get over 200 miles. I remember reading from that point on you get a boost for every 100 miles up to 500 miles. So the biggest advantage you'd get is in the 300-360 mile range due to the cost bump over 360.
