here goes

Please feel free to add:

1. IMPROVE DRAFT ENGINE
     a)  players listed with projections do not match dollar$ $pent in scouting $20M does not seem to produce worthy results
     b)  a few stud draft picks should appear on everyones draft list (just like real life)
     c)  hidden gems should show up on one or two draft board in relation to money spent

2. TANKING
     draft engine should drop worst team to 5th spot if record is worst overall 2 years in a row.  6th for 3 years running and so on
