Idea for new world Topic

Hello all, first of all you might remember me as schroedess26 back in the day. Had a history in Knight where I moved up to Northern Arizona won a few conference championships prior to having real life catch up to me and not having time to play.

Well I am back! and I took over my alma mater in Smith UW-Whitewater.

As for my idea though I really think it would be cool to have a realistic life of a coach. If you look at most coaches they will start coaching at D3 when they are likely 26-30 and possibly retire between 60-70 at the D1 level if not sooner. It would be pretty cool if we could run a world where this played out with coaches at the D1 level retiring and starting anew. Possibly after retiring the first time you could retire and come back as a low level D1 (D- to D+) coach.

I just have been looking through the forums and it seems that Whatifsports is becoming possibly stale for people over the long haul. There could also be big rewards for coaches who retire with the most wins at D1 / D2 / D3 levels where they could get multiple free seasons to help keep the best coaches around.

While I understand this would never happen at the current time because of the lack of support for Hoops I think this could be a cool twist for the 2 a day worlds out there that burn through 30 seasons in just a could years.

colonels got me thinking with his most wins at a school thread that is going on right now.

colonels got me thinkingĀ

well there's your problem right thereĀ

Any idea that would force me out of my dream job for anything other than poor performance (ie getting fired) (especially since in over 4 years of RL and 215 HD seasons I'm still no where near my dream job yet...) is not something I would support.
