I did some recruiting at like 11:30 and recruiting ends at 11:59 I spend over 2,000 on center and at 11:59 he didn't sign yet no one was considering him. I dnt get why he didn't sign? I could have used him too.

Did he sign? I thought the actions were processes at 2 like normal.

Yeah he signed at 2. I didn't know that I had to wait till 2 for him to sign I thought at the end of recruting he would sign or not.

I think midnite is when you can input actions, but I think they dont resolve until the normal 2 ET cycle

I cannot say that I have any time recently tried to take a recruiting action after midnight.  Maybe someone can say

So are you saying that you CAN recruit after the 11:59 p.m. deadline and do something at midnight or shortly after?

You can only recruit until 11:59. Once you're at 12 midnight, you can not do any recruiting.

The efforts you made in recruiting from 11pm to 11:59, will show up in the 2am messages, since there are no 12 midnight messages and the cycles run every 3 hours.
