I have a guy who projects to 100 C, 0 P, 21 L, 0 R, 100 Bunt, with great speed/base running. Does he tap back to the mound 400 times?

With his glove and Spd/Br, that guy is a useful 9th inning replacement.  But he won't really be useful for anything else.
