Jobs logic issue: K-State in Tark Topic

In my opinion, the jobs logic, particularly at the power conference level, is flawed. As evidence, I present the following team. This is Kansas State, in Tarkanian. Can someone tell me how this job hasn't been open in 30 seasons? There is simply no way in real life that ANY power conference team would put up with such awful results.

For me, it's not about the USER. It's about why the jobs logic is set up such that a power conference team would allow such results to be sufficient to keep the job. If we look at the real world, Asbury and Wooldridge were fired at KSU within about eight years for similar results.

Wildcat, it's a fair point ... it's an example I would share with customer support.

Just follow the Bill Snyder model, bring in a bunch of JuCos that can't read or write and you have a winning program in no time
That's utter nonsense. Do you really believe that BS, or are you just trolling?

I just might do that. It will probably only trigger a boilerplate "thank you for your feedback", but I guess you never know unless you try.

I really believe that.  Snyder is a heck of a coach and an even better cheater
So, are you going to back up that accusation? Because K-State under Snyder has been a clean program. Or are you just going to crap in the punch bowl and walk away?

No hard evidence just what you hear and see and people in the know. Sure program has been "clean." Doesn't mean he didn't build it with functionally illiterate transfers.
Name a few. I was in school there from 1993-1998. KSU had its share of really smart football players, as well as some guys who weren't as academically gifted, just like EVERY OTHER MAJOR CONFERENCE FOOTBALL TEAM. For example, I had classes with Kevin Lockett, one of our great WRs, who was very smart. I also had a class with Michael Bishop, who struggled a bit, but was FAR from "functionally illiterate." As a whole, K-State's football players actually graduated at a HIGHER rate than the general student populace during that time. I'm not sure about now, but I would assume that's still the case.

I would suggest, Cburton23, that you either acquire some "hard evidence" for your accusations, or stop making them.

I realize that K State is your alma mater and all, but jeez don't you think you're taking his comments just a wee bit too personal.

Those kind of accusations aren't cool, particularly when they guy is actually making them seriously. If he did that in a newspaper, he could be in serious trouble.

I don't believe I've heard of anyone sued for slander based on information posted on an internet message board.

That's not what I was saying, though. I was saying that if the guy who was making those ludicrous claims did so in a NEWSPAPER, he could be. Though I imagine if a slur was bad enough (say, accusing someone of committing some heinous crime) and the message board high-profile enough, such a suit wouldn't be dismissed out of hand.
