Tired of being good? Ever wanted to be... bad? Well then, look no further! The Evil Empire currently has 3 openings and we are looking for some minions ... err... recruits... to join our ranks!
The Great NE, commonly referred to as the Evil Empire, is one of the most competitive conferences in Rupp D-III. We have an active coaches corner with several national championship caliber coaches. We are looking for active coaches who will help us destroy our nemesis, the University Athletic Association become Rupp's most challenging D-III conference. Each team in our conference typically receives an additional 3-4k in recruiting every season based on our postseason success. This past season, we had 6 teams make the national tournament, and one of them (Johnson and Wales) made the national championship game.
My goal is for the Great NE to have 100% active coach participation while becoming Rupp's most challenging D-III conference. We are looking for three coaches up to the challenge of taking over teams that need to be rebuilt from the ground up in a highly competitive conference.
The open teams are:
Albertus Magnus (Fastbreak/Press, C- Prestige)

Albertus Magnus will have 5 open scholarships and no SRs next season. The additional recruiting money combined with 5 open scholarships will give a new coach the flexibility to cut an additional player or two, thus allowing them to effectively plan a quick rebuild.
Norwich (Motion/Man, C- Prestige)

Norwich will have 2 open scholarships and 7 SRs next season. With 9 upperclassmen currently on the roster, it will not take long for a new coach to completely rebuild this unit into their own image.
St. Joseph's (ME) (Motion/Man, C- Prestige)
http://wisjournal.com/hd/TeamProfile/IQ.aspx?tid=4069
St. Joseph's (ME) will have 2 open scholarships and 1 SR next season. The additional conference recruiting money will give a new coach flexibility to cut a few additional players, thus allowing them to effectively plan their rebuild over the course of a few seasons.
