We need one owner for The Post War Progressive League, which started in 1946 and will soon be entering it's 14th season, 1959.

The team available is the Cincinnati Reds. The owner of the team failed to enter the team for 1958. Because the team was in very poor shape, I feared it might miss the 40 win minimum for 1958 and therefore be penalized per league rules for the 1959 draft and consequently I managed the team for the 1959 season as a 2nd team. The team has done much better than I expected, with a current record of 57-70 with 35 games left in the 1958 season. The team will be drafting somewhere between 2nd and 6th, with 4th or 5th the most likely.

We have just started posting keepers for 1959 so a new owner may make any desired changes to the keeper list for the Reds which I have posted. I will give interested owners access to the league's private forum, with league rules and the 1959 keeper list available

The team's roster for 1959 and 1959 hitting and pitching stats for the 1958 roster players are posted below.

Please indicate interest below. Since this has been a very stable league with low turnover, I reserve the right to select owners.
