Is there a way to naturally improve a prospect (or player)'s speed, aside from medical ?

I'm not sure speed ever increases without an injury recovery.

It increases naturally in the off-season if it will at all. Training budget for off-season development.

It was pointed out to me that a player can increase speed.    With an example.   Increased from 97 to 99 without injury recovery.   I randomly checked 20ish players of mine with no speed increase.   I think it's pretty rare.

Was it a DITR guy? If not, would you mind sharing a link? Like you, I've never seen a "natural" speed increase in any of my players.

I see the same two teams (Durham and Fresno) appearing often enough that it warrants the idea that PERHAPS there IS a "trick" to it.

EDIT: Upon further investigation the multiple players from Fresno and Durham were not drafted by them and came from an array of teams, so it would appear just coincidence that the initial lists contained several guys from these two franchises...
