Nah they are solely evaulating at your level, I have seen instances of D1 guys drop to D3 and be just mid level D3 players until they are Seniors. I take the scouting trip Eval with a grain of salt unless they say that the guy I'm going after can be an all-american. I'll only send 1-2 Scouting visits just to get a little read beyond what I am looking at and a second opinion basically. In most cases if you did your homework right it'll come back good and your scouts will say good things. I've only had a few cases where they come back saying he'll be nothing special, in which case I shift focus because typically they are affirming what I already believed.
