The tool tip mentions if you change up your manager's settings your players will have a hard time with the change. But what if you wanted to remove all resting starters because it's playoffs? Is it safer to just not touch the manager's settings for fear of negative variables on performance?

I guess it only stunts player development if you change your settings. But this shouldn't matter in playoffs.

How about the player temper rating? I always play with 5 for argumentative so I can hopefully get a big inning when I need it, but, what does it mean if a player's temper rating is higher? Will he preform with less skill if he isn't playing well?
