Hello all,

Does anyone know how they tab/create the Speed rating?

I'm making a hack of a famous SNES baseball game and am contemplating using the speed numbers that WIS uses to determine the speeds in the game.  Thoughts?

I was also thinking of creating some kind of formula as well that is like 3B+SB/Times on base or something of that nature...I'd also like some feedbag on this...what do you think of this premise?
