is it broken for anyone else? it brings down the conference drop down menu (which is redundant and unnecessary unless the page requires a drop down), but no longer brings up the cc page by clicking. probably has to do with the recent changes to make the website more smart phone friendly (a long time coming!)...

That's the cause.  On mobile, the menu drops down and that's it.  The Standings menu is the only one where, at present, it's pointless.  There's just the one place to go - it shouldn't require two selections.
