I know his control is terrible, but his first three pitches are in the 70s, fourth pitch is in the 60s, and great velocity with a good GB and vsR. His AAA stats aren't that good, but do you think if I set him up as a set up pitcher and around 25-35 pitches that he would make a good ML pitcher?

He'll never be effective with that control.  At best, you can use him in a mop-up role to eat innings in games that are out of hand.

Results were uneven at best AND his control is almost double the guy you're asking about.

I had a similar pitcher, kept wishing he was worth something but not a chance. A 2.00 WHIP is unplayable at any level.

Look at his minor league stats. There's no chance.

I don't think he could make it in AA.

I'm going to give him a shot just because he has some good pitches and I'm just curious. I'm rebuilding so if he blows to many games, I will just demote him.
