There is an intriguing job opening in the Iowa IAC conference in D3 IBA.

Cornell went to the Final Four last season and has 5 JR's returning this season. The midwest is a great recruiting area full of talent ripe for the taking.

Other teams in the conference are also up for grabs, with many having multiple Sr leaving so you can put your own stamp on team immediately.

Cornell coach was there 4 yrs till he didn't have time for whatif. His first recruiting class takes him to a final 4. We have 6-8 states to recruit from with minimal battles for recruits. 3-4 seasons of posting to forums and I can't believe we can't get coaches to join. Unbelieveable.
