When I used to set playing time on the depth chart after I hit save the list would be sorted by minutes assigned, high to low.  Now it's just a random jumbled mess.
What gives?

I don't use target minutes but I see what you mean.   I tried it with both my Smith team, which hasn't played yet, and another team.  It was messed up on both of them.
