This guy has become one of my favorites of all time - his consistency has been amazing.  Plus he's been pretty damn good.

Switch hitters always seem to be more consistent, even ones that are platoon players like my guy Ugueth Cortes. He is one of one of my all time favs too.

Another switch hitting model of consistency:  Terry Parris  http://www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx?pid=3760566

In the 1st 6 years I had him up he hit 19, 18, 18, 18, 18, 20 homers:  .302, .295, .302, .300, 296, 321:  OBP's of .375, .382, .381, .382, .378. 384.  Doubles were 22, 22, 26, 23, 27, 33.

He was a comforting security blanket in the lead-off spot, to say the least.

Yeah, solid looking hitters that are switch hitters turn out to be really great players.

Edgar Pujols is one such player I tried trading when he was a prospect but didnt get a good offer back so I just kept him and he turned out to be really solid so far.
