I am just starting round two of the playoffs. And I have a guy with 27 Dur sitting at 51 (75) that will get game one rest. 

Day Off           51 (75)
Game one       ?
Game Two      ?

I hope to see 75 (100) after game one.  

Will he be ready?

Even if he is 100...it would be "barely" 100.  So, I wouldn't let the fact that he's 99 instead of 100 change your decision much on whether you would play him or not.

If he's showing at 51 (75) after the off day immediately before game 1, then that means he'll be at 51% for game 1 and 75% for game 2.  He'll be at 99% for the off day after game 2, and be fully at 100% for game 3.
