player isn't option for playoff lineup? Topic

One of my better players is on the ML 25 man roster for the playoffs, but won't appear as an option on the lineups page. Why would this be?

He would have had to be on the 40-man roster at "roster expansion / set playoff roster" time to be eligible, and then you would have to specifically add him to the playoff roster if he was not already on the ML roster at that time.  You'd also have to specifically add him to the playoff roster if he was on the DL as of that date.
