We have 1 opening for a double season progressive that started with the 1967/68 & 1968/69 seasons, the first two years of the ABA. We will soon be starting season 18,2001/02 & 2002/03. We are currently posting keepers, season 17 has 23 games (12 days) left. The draft will take place after a replacement owner is found, all keepers are posted and I have completed the available player list. This is the 1st time in 2 seasons that we have had an opening in the league. Each season you will be able to select which of 2 seasons you want to use for each of your players (assuming they are active both seasons). The upcoming season (16) you may use 1997/98 or 1998/99, the following season (17) you will be able to use 1999/00 or 2000/01 etc.

No rookies, no WW. Trades of players OK and draft picks one season in advance only.
                 
Drafts subsequent to the initial draft will be in inverse order of regular season record, with the tiebreaker being total point differential (points scored less points allowed) with the team with the worse point differential drafting earlier. However, as an anti-tanking provision for the 1st round only there will be a weighted lottery among the 4 teams with the worst record for the first 4 draft positions. The same tiebreaker will be used for these positions.
                 
Since this is a progressive league I do request that you not sign up unless you expect to be able to participate for at least 5 seasons.
                 
If interested please sign up below and you will be given temporary access to the league's private forum. If you want the team, you will need to post a keeper list for season 16 as soon as possible after you have reviewed the team's roster and decided which players to keep.

The team available is the New York Knicks. The Knicks are currently 40-19 with 23 games left, leading the Atlantic Division by 3 games.

I could be interested.  I would like to know more. How many keepers does each owner get to take into the next season and are there any restrictions on keepers?
