Offense Question Topic

I know these types of questions get asked all the time, but I am going to ask it anyways.
As I said in the thread where I asked about Walk-ons.  It has been a while since I played HD.  Never had a ton of success, but have been pretty competitive with some teams.

Here is my question.

For my team, I am wanting a high scoring team.  Fast paced games.  I am playing press defense to help do this.  Would like to use perimeter shooting as a majority of the scoring.

Would Flex or Fastbreak be the best option for this?
I know in the description of Flex it says it is perimeter scoring based, using speed and shooting (which isnt totally the case in the real world flex, but oh well)
Fastbreak is self explanatory.

Which works the best?

Clayton, I'm probably going to create some controversy here. First of all I agree with your flex comment. In  the real world flex is a "tight" offense that produces points off the flex cut and low post. Then drives and finally open 3's normally come from the corners. I'm not sure how it becomes a "3" point offense in HD.

I am an uptempo/pressure coach. I have 4 teams; 2 motion, 1 FB & 1 flex, all press. I get 3's up very easy on my FB team. I easily get 25-30 3's up off my motion teams. I have the most difficulty getting volume 3's up from my flex team season in and season out. This is just my experience. I hope it helps.

Coach vegas, would love your opinion on my flex/press teams. I feel like I'm not assembling my flex teams exactly right and I might be missing something in my thinking.
