1997 What If Things Were Different (WITWD) Progressive League

28 teams, 6 divisions. No WW. DH in AL only. 12/20 below-average AAA in order to ensure that every team has enough IP without being ridiculously fatigued. Unlimited keepers (except for 1998 offseason, which will have 15 keepers plus 2 pullbacks to accommodate expansion Tampa Bay and Arizona). Add/drop after the draft before season starts.

40-game Live minimum for postseason and lottery. 35-win minimum as well for lottery.

Interleague for sure starting in 1998 (30 teams), maybe this season with 28 teams pending a vote.
