I voted excellent idea, however I have a few points to make.

If someone has a new idea for a league and you like the idea (but you have no idea who the founder is) do you still join???????

Are new founders been given a chance lately or are you  Ma bailey  & only join leagues with founders you already know ???

Once a founder screws up, isn't he already on an unofficial black list/  I would hope that  if a founder screwed up that he would admit it and improve on his next league  or that a experienced owner sent him a site mail without calling him on the league message board.

I believe it was rooskie set up a thread for progressives call the Progressive Leagues Wall of Shame. 

Maybe someone could start a thread called Theme Leagues Wall of Fame to list good Commishes?

I think everyone knows the "good" commishes. It's the next tier versus the bad ones that people need to be aware of.

I like the idea, but it is an idea that may require a level of restraint for some participants.  I personally went on the offensive in a league I joined with a dis-engaged commish.  I spoke my piece, was called out for it by WiS admin and subsequently admonished and villified.  No biggie for me, but one needs to be somewhat discreet when voicing an opinion of another owner.
