Where do I need to be to get this job? Topic

I finally got to a B-. My destination school is currently a C+. I got turned down because I "haven't had enough consistent winning seasons" or something. I have had 6 straight winning seasons and am A+ loyality and spotless rep. Where do I need to be?
Thanks for any help.

Agreed. One more may do it, two should for sure (if you can hold out that long. Patience grasshopper).

that's really stupid… his current school is B-, and the other school is C+

and he can't get the job?

Without knowing which team you're applying to, my first thought would be that the baseline prestige of the school you're applying to is higher than yours, in which case, I believe, the NT factor comes it a bit more heavily. I seem to recall encountering this on my first attempt to get into one of the Big 6 conferences, but that was a while ago, admittedly.

It's Xavier and I'm at Temple. I would think they're the same.
