CODY!  What a name.  Very fresh, very modern, very au courant, etc.  No Codys in the WIS database prior to our glorious century.  

When you name your child Cody, do you harbor a secret wish that he will forever remain a 5 year old boy, trick-or-treating as a cowboy?  I can see no other explanation.  

P.S. No offense to any Codys who may be reading this.  Some of my best friends are Codys.

I don't get the Kathy Lee part, but I think the other part of the joke is about Wild West names, Buffalo Bill Cody, Wyatt Earp etc.

I had to look that up. 

There is this guy I know named Cody and his middle initial is K, his parents didn't know how to spell Cody when he was born so his name is Cody Kody  xxx
