The OCP is a 5 year league in which you can use any season of your players you want - but only once.
There is a 52 mil cap each season.
We have completed 2 of the 5 seasons. So for example, on my team, I used 94-95 David Robinson during year 1 and 90-91 DRob during year 2. This year I can choose any DRob season I want - except for those two seasons.

Both teams made the playoffs in year 1, and won 37 games in year 2. Plenty of good seasons still left from these players. There is also still a ton of good players still available in the player pool. Both teams could easily compete for the title next year. Most teams have already used the top 2 seasons from most of their core guys.
Also, there are lottery picks that are introduced each year. This year McGrady, Marshall, Haywood, and Sabonis will be available to draft. Team Rob picks 6th in the draft and Team Mike picks 7th. So there is a chance you could land one of those players as well.
There is a prize pool(which you would already be entered in) at the end of the 5 years and both teams have a shot to get in the winnings.
