This idea may have been done before, but basically my idea would consist of everyone entering a serpentine draft but only selecting rookie year players. Serpentine draft Meaning whoever picked 1st the first round would pick last the second round, and vice versa. I'm not 100% sure if there would be a cap limit or not yet, but I'm open to any suggestions.

Forgot to mention that once a player is drafted, no other team may draft that player, he is then exclusive to that team(since only rookie years apply, that means no other years for that player may be used.
