Does getting a lot of playing time help improve IQ?
It does make me want an individual IQ practice spot so that maxed out players could get a little more work in.

From my understanding, it's very minimal, if at all. Playing time appears to have more of an impact with individual player ratings.

Rate of IQ improvement is a function of HSGPA * WE * TEAM PRACTICE.  I don't believe that playing time or starts have any direct impact on rate of improvement in IQ.  The only indirect impact is the improvement to WE.  

BTW, the only bonus to a player going JuCo is that his HSGPA changes to match the JuCo grades!  It's a disappointment when a kid goes JuCo and has 2.0 or 2.3 College GPA; that means that his HSGPA remains poor.
