We have a guy in Addicted Users who is a newbie. Apparently he took on too many teams and is now overwhelmed. When I made some suggestions as to how to right the ship, he said he would rather just leave. WIS says we have to wait until certain parameters are met. What are these parameters? Can the guy let WIS know he wants out to speed up the process? If we have to wait too long to replace him, the franchise is going to be in awful shape.

If he said "I'd rather just leave", find a replacement and send a ticket with his "I'd rather just leave" statement attached.   I've replaced a few who said that. 

Yep, or get the guy to write a ticket asking to have himself replaced. That's worked for me many times.

If he submits a ticket giving the commish the right to replace him immediately and the commish sends in a ticket asking to replace him with whoever the replacement is, then it will get quickly processed.

Way to say the exact same thing as me, but more concisely.  Showoff

If he said "replace me" in a world chat, a trade chat, or a sitemail, that should be enough for ADMIN to make the switch.  Just refer them to the message for confirmation.

I do that all the time in the world I commish when somebody asks to be replaced.  ADMIN has never pushed back.
