I have a couple of players complaining about playing time that have lost a few points of work ethic.  If I get their minutes per game averages up, will they regain the WE that they lost?

Yes, I believe so.

Last season I had gaurenteed a recruit 10 minutes, and at the halfway point was at around 8.5 and had dropped 1 point in WE, got him playing more ending with a avg of 10 for the season his WE went 46-45-46-47.
