We just went through budgeting in Double Mendoza, and I've got at least one owner who not only had his budget settings completely ignored, but several "illegal" changes were made -- his Advanced Scouting went up to $16m from $0m the previous season, and his Prospect budget is starting at $22m.

I've submitted a ticket, but I was curious if anyone else has seen it before?

It copied his budget from Champions World; the bug is probably related to the cookie or whatever that keeps track of what world he's working on at any given moment. 

Seems like that could be a huge exploit...
