Why when I pay FSS am I paying scouting for Div 1 when im in div 3? There are 103 players on the map but 41 of those 103 are div 1. And even more of the 41 there are 34 ranked including two # 1's. In div 3 I clearly have no chance at recruiting them. Now I know you can pull down or some drop down but I haven't heard of anyone dropping 2 div. Maybe it has happened but in div 3 the money is much smaller so paying for 41 players to scout that I have no chance at I think is just dumb. Paying for the 23 even though most are more than the 70 mile rule I have not problem with paying as these players available for pull down or drop downs.

You pay for the whole state. And yes you can pull division 1 players to a division 3 team but you will likely need an a+ prestige and need said player to be very close in proximity. I was able to do it one time a few seasons back at d3 Wilmington. I was A+ and he was 20 miles
