how important is a true PG? Topic

I have a team building that i feel can be a 1st rd NT winner but I will not have a true PG to lead them so how valuable is a true PG?

to me I feel a good PG would be 70ath 90 spd 70def 90bh 90pass 80sta  the rest would be just fluff except maybe perimeter but its by ne means a must. 

Is this type  of guy going to be that much more for my team than my current projection guy with (Below attributes) or does the extra spd/per going to make up for his lack of BH/pass

Very.  I consider SPD, IQ and PASS the most important skills on offense followed by BH and then ATH.
