Job changes for Tark start soon so I'm here selling you on moving up/rejoining Tark to get to the Northern Sun.

They're 2 VERY attractive sim teams waiting to be taken over for your pleasure:

Minn, Duluth    

With a very nice structure of currently 5,1,6 meaning you have 5 scholarships at your disposal right way and 6 jr's to satisfy your immediate IQ needs or allow you to start all your freshmen to get that development right away.

Runs the FB/Press so the class structure really benefits giving allow a lot of depth and IQ without completely sacrficing everything for 1 good season, if you get a 6-0-6-0 thats 2 solid seasons out of 4 and 2 "minor" down years with 6 jrs and 6 freshmen

Winona St.  

With a structure of 4-2-2-4(2Walkon's 1 Ineligible) You would have 6 scholarships to worth with and grabbing 1 sophmore sets you up with a nice 2-2-2-6 power structure for future dominating seasons!

Currently run the flex/press combo which I've seen a lot of top level coaches using recently, I myself just started running Flex with 2 teams of mine.

Wayne St. (NE) and Minn, Crookston are really the only other 2 schools worth mentioning however they aren't set up as spectacularly as the previously 2 mentioned schools.

As reguards to the conference, I myself just completed my first season of an ongoing rebuild with a dominating record of 5-22 starting 4 freshmen, hopefully in about 2-3 seasons I'll start to see some success when my first recruiting class hits their junior year.

Per other conf members we have a coach with 2 NC appearences with his current team, a coach under going a smaller rebuild than myself that joined with me this season, another coach a year in NT team with a NC appearence with his respective team as well, and finally our last coach to be mentioned has appeared in the PIT 4 out of the past 5 seasons.

Hopefully we can get Winona and Duluth filled as they are very easy rebuilds to get going, and in a few seasons upgrade this conf to the next level.

If a makes a difference my persistent badger on the forums about the Southern Cal conf in Knight has helped fill the conf to only 2 open spots and now 2nd in RPI as well as 5 ranked teams, most likely 7 NT teams, and a very interesting conference message board. So hopefully my persistence can manage to convice people to join me in Tark too!
