Add a checkbox to player setting that allows preventing a player from ever being brought into the game to rest another player.

It's a pain to manually remove top players and/oror players with low DUR from every position they can play. 

The Player Rest Save Recs option would probably work fine over 90% of the time if we could stop players from being added to a position.
