It's known that their are players towards the end of recruiting that will consider teams without them putting in effort.  So all you would have to do is offer the scholarship.  But those guys always suck.  That's why they are available.

D3, projects to 60 ath, 55 sp, 55 def, 65 reb, 55 lp, no per, decent bh and pass, and is currently 76 stamina but low.

Even now, 31 hours still remain in recruiting.

He was local and we're A+. Those 2 advantages are all I can think of

45 spd*, and those are assuming he's not high-high in any of ath, spd, lp, bh, and pass. Since I never scouted, no idea
