I'm looking for some advice as this Pacific Lutheran team heads into the Knight NT.

I have been playing HD for about 7 months now with moderate success. I've reached a point where it seems like my teams are continually losing important games against weaker opponents in different worlds probably because I am getting out coached. This Pacific Lutheran team is a good example. While it hasn't been a terrible season, with an RPI of only 33, it seems like it has under performed. (Part of the reason for such a low RPI is that I forgot to set the schedule for most of this team's games.) I would like to get some lineup and settings opinions so that maybe I can learn ways to be a better coach.
Our Conference championship game against Menlo is a good example. Despite a team advantage in virtually all the significant categories we lost by 10 points. We had 5 different players foul out including Herrell who did so in only 10 minutes. Had a similar result against Menlo in the regular season. (Herrell fouled out in 18 minutes in that one.) It seems like teams can produce those kind of results by the settings they use as it has happened against me in different worlds several times. I don't know how to produce those kind of outcomes (like getting a specific player in foul trouble) or how to combat it when playing against a good coach. Any input would be appreciated.
The way I currently have the lineup set is: PG Crispin, Karas; SG Herrell, Goodman; SF Richardson, Waldrop; PF Robert, Varga; C Olmstead, Lamarre
I have pretty even offense distribution between the top 7 scorers and have +2 set on 3 pt shooting for the 5 high PE guys.
