When did support stop receiving trouble tickets? Topic

Sent one today, well, I tried to and no record of my ticket exists now.

i did that -- over and over and over again.

The next screen that shows up is my ticked edit window, all over again. Nothing is recorded.

"You have no tickets for the selected statuses."

Sounds like a browser issue.

Firefox, pretty common.

One of the issues with this is that after you have filled out the info, there are two buttons on the page that say "Submit Ticket."  The top one does not submit the ticket you just attempted to create, it simply takes you to a screen where you can begin the process.  The second button on the page is the one that actually submits the ticket you attempted to create.  For those that are not familiar with the process, it is not very clear or friendly.  Please consider making the page easier to understand by clarifying what these buttons actually do.  Something like "Begin Ticket" and "Submit Ticket" would be helpful.

I'm not going to even to attempt to provide support to Failfox. It won't end well.

Yeah, that might be your problem right there, if what Area51Man said wasn't it.
