I am guessing you are talking about your
St. Edwards team. The problem with being in a horrible conference is the difficulty of getting quality wins. If I know I will get a lot of wins during conference play, I usually schedule a little bit tougher competition. You still want to schedule teams you know you can beat (20-50 RPI), just not ones that you are guaranteed to beat (like the 200 RPI Sims or 0-22 human coached teams). You are probably going to have to beat him on your next game, or in the CT if you are going to make the NT. If you don't like the horrible conference you can always join the NAAA in Allen.
