Is VCU prestige : D?

It seems higher since I get longshot for this team while I get qualified for other CAA teams.

I have noticed that quirk before.  WIS must raise some programs baseline because of RL or just because they want some programs to be more difficult to catch the job at.  All D's should be the same if it were up to me.

Thanks Wvufan76. I thought it was ackward. I hope they change the Baseline considering the success VCU had. I see that school as a B- to C+.
