What world has the toughest D1?

I'd probably vote for Allen, solely because of the ACC. They regularly get $55-65k PER TEAM in post-season cash.

Arguments :

Tarkanian : the most owners in D1.
Allen : the best conference in all D1 worlds : ACC.
Knight seems like the toughest but I don't know why.

Another thing about Allen is it also has the Summit League (usually 3rd in conference RPI) and the MVC (regularly finishes ahead of 1 BCS conference in RPI every season).  You basically have 8 power conferences.

Yeah, I'd vote Allen since the #1 conference in any world is there.... and that's not open to debate.
And two teams from another conference besides the ACC are playing for the title tonight so I'd say yeah... Allen's pretty tough.
(34-0) Michigan State with an overall team average of a fat 850 is playing Penn State tonight.... either way the Big-10 wins the title in Allen.
